Muhammad Tahar reluctant to name the contractor before the company started its preparations for the construction of resorts and home stay at tourist sites including the mainstay for the local government.
''They were interested to establish the resort as there are hot springs. The place will be a second home for elderly tourists from abroad,'' he said.
According to him, the next stage is to release 200 hectares of land which needed the company.
He hoped the end of 2011, investors are already starting its activities.
