7 Tips Prevent Cancer

Avoid Obesity

Excessive body weight due to high fat content which is potentially causing cancer. Obese people also have the insulin that is not smooth. Body fat susceptible to heart disease, cancer and diabetes.


Keyword regular exercise routine and healthy lifestyle, at least we should exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Exercise can be done with little movement in our bodies, such as walking or increase the intensity of fitness from 30 to 60 minutes

Exercise will burn calories in the body because the squash should require irregular motion and requires quick reflexes.

Eat Fruits and Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are plants that we must make it a habit to be consumed daily. At least we have to consume two kinds of fruit in a day, morning, noon or night. Then the nuts and brown rice.

Reduce Processed and fatty foods

Containing beverages and fast food and high in fat, such as chicken meat, butter and coconut milk should be reduced. Prevent too salty foods and eat foods that are low-fat. Fatty foods can lead to obesity quickly.

Reduce Alcohol Drinking
